Etai’s Broadway opened in 2005, in the front room of what was then our artisan bakery. It was a place that always smelled of fresh-baked bread, where people could enjoy delicious food while watching our bakers shape and baking their loaves. The bakery has since outgrown this space and moved to our new location in Louisville, but Etai’s Broadway has continued to thrive as a favorite neighborhood breakfast and lunch spot. With high ceilings and lots of natural light, it’s a great place to gather and enjoy Etai’s famous sandwiches, made on fresh baked hand-crafted bread, as well as salads, sweet pastries, and freshly roasted, expertly brewed coffees.
