It involves long, gliding strokes, kneading of individual muscles, friction, hacking or tapping and vibration. • Hot Oil Massage: Used for all types of massages. As the name explains, hot oils are used. We use 100 percent natural coconut and grapeseed oil. The hot temperature of the oil relaxes the muscles and takes all types of tension away. • Aromatherapy: Uses volatile liquid plant materials, known as essential oils (EOs), and other aromatic compounds from plants for the purpose of affecting a person’s mood or health. Scientific evidence is weak and preliminary, but mildly encouraging for a limited number of claims. • Traditional Chinese Facial: Relaxes and tones your facial muscles. It improves local blood flow and releases dead toxins. Relieves headaches, insomnia, nasal congestion, sinusitis and sore eyes. • Eye Treatment: Special Chinese techniques that will remove all the tension from the eye muscles.
