International Fair Timeshare Agency® (IFTA) assists both consumers and companies in the timeshare/vacation property industry by providing company ratings, reviews, grading, dispute mediation and arbitration services.
Their system rates timeshare/vacation property companies using proprietary rating algorithm, assigning a grade from A+ to F. Their ratings are based on various factors, such as number of complaints against a company, complaint patterns, unanswered complaints, licensing requirements, and much more.
In addition to reviewing IFTA’s company ratings or engaging in our mediation and arbitration services, consumers may write a review and praise a company based on their experience.
