2. Copyright Infringement Notice

A notice should identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identify the allegedly infringing material and provide information reasonably sufficient for LBL to locate it, preferably the exact URL; provide your name and contact information; include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; include a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed; and include a physical or electronic signature.

3. Response to Notices

LBL may remove or disable access to material identified in a facially valid notice and may notify the affected user. LBL may request clarification when a notice lacks information needed to identify the work, material, or complaining party.

4. Counter-Notification

If your material was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe it resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, your name, address, and telephone number, the legally required consent to jurisdiction, acceptance of service statement, and your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate and in appropriate circumstances, LBL may terminate accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.

6. Misrepresentations

Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may create liability under applicable law. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notice.

7. Trademarks and Other Rights

Trademark, privacy, impersonation, and other non-copyright complaints may be sent to info@localbusinesslocator.com with the relevant URL and supporting information.
